Learner Advising & Assessment
Everyone who comes to Stettler Learning Centre is provided with the opportunity to sit with a learning advisor to better understand their goals, needs, current levels, and create an individual plan that plants them for success and includes intake into the best program or learning opportunity for them.
GED Preparation Course & Exams
If you did not get your high school diploma, you may write the GED Exams to get a GED high school equivalency diploma that is often recognized for post secondary entrance and employment. The GED Preparation course includes 100 hours of instruction via videoconferencing, books and calculator, one attempt to write the GED exams in Stettler. You may qualify for full funding with application.
Classes are weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 5-8 pm. With enough interest, three sessions run: Fall, Winter and Spring.
